Combined with the option of our world class PGA professional event hosts and you’ve got the perfect package.
Sometimes you only notice the difference once your event is live but below are some of the differences you’ll notice with a Clubs Away Golf Simulator Hire
Our Golf Simulator PGA Pro Host is on hand throughout your event, ensuring guests get the most from the experience. They run the activation, provide insights, and, if required, offer expert tuition to anyone looking to improve their game.
Clubs Away’s golf simulator hire brings the wow factor with stunning 4k graphics and Trackman® power, the king of swing analysis. With ball tracking software and fully customised weather, you can get realistic tour pro conditions, without needing the brolley.
Whether you are looking for more leads or to sell more products, a Golf Simulator is a great way to attract more visitors
From golf days and private events to opening up more conversations at exhibitions and product launches, a golf simulator can increase the performance of any event.
A golf simulator is the perfect addition to your day. Our PGA pro hosts can give guests game improvements before or after their round. To drive your event engagement further, take Trackman® on the course and record guests shots to be compared with fellow competitors after the round.
Create engaging evenings and parties from the comfort of your club, office or hired space. A golf simulator is a great alternative to the course and creates a great social atmosphere even for those with little or no ability. And if you want it, your pro is available to teach.
Key to a successful event is being able to engage with potential customers and bring them to your stand. A golf simulator has the ability to hold a room and proves to be a great interactive opportunity, even for people who have never played before.
Make your launch event more memorable by engaging guests with a PGA Golf Professional and golf simulator. Used in a breakout area or pride of place, a simulator can help hold the buzz of the room and provide a fun opportunity for guests to try something different.
4k graphics and the ability to change weather conditions help it feel just like the real thing, but that wouldn’t mean anything without an enviable list of options to play some of the best courses in the world. With over 400 to date, here’s just a few:
Every hire comes with a Trackman® simulator, professional left and right-handed clubs and balls, delivery and setup, insurance cover and a PGA Pro host to run the activation. Add branding or extra simulators to suit your event.
If you’re a business looking to run your own event we can apply your brands graphics to the side of the simulator, or even build a full scheme. It doesn’t stop there.
You’ll be getting the world’s most accurate ball tracking software combined with state of the art life like graphics, engineered on the world’s most powerful gaming platform.
Do you have a limited area for your setup? We have a range of simulators, available in various sizes and configurations to best fit your area.
Our Trackman® measures and displays the full trajectory of any shot, from 2 yards to over 350 yards. It also maps a shot’s full 3D trajectory in real time together with all information of golf swing and club data including swing plane, club speed, attack angle, club path, face angle plus lots more.
Our mobile Golf Simulator takes 2-3 hours from the time of entering the venue.
Our simulators are available across the UK and can be available internationally if required.
Trackman® works through dual radar technology which measures both club and ball to create and tracks the golf ball to the point of landing. A report of the shot is then simulated
Before your event we will contact you to design the experience of your event so your guests can have the experience you want. You can choose any of the available courses for your event.
There is a total of 401 courses available with new courses currently under design. These are combined by world famous courses played on the PGA Tour, European Tour and Major Championships along with fictional courses. 32 of which are now featuring Trackman’s stunning Virtual Golf 3 graphics.
At all of our events we provide a set of professional grade golf clubs, both right and left handed.
Alternatively you can always use your own if required.
We can accommodate bookings from as little as 48 hours in advance although we would advise enquiring about any of our simulators as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
The minimum space required for our full size simulator is: Height 3.1m / Width: 4.2m / Depth: 6.0m.
We do have options for increasing or decreasing each simulator size to work in most spaces.
Our Golf Simulator powered by Trackman® is accurate to within one foot based on a drive of 300 yards. Full swings thorough to chip shots and putts are recorded.
Due to the flexible radar system both right and left handed players can play in the simulator without moving any software.
There are many options for branding our simulator;
Should you decide to speed up playing a round through not putting then we will set the system accordingly. Based on the finish distance of the ball on the green the software will allocate either 1, 2 or 3 putts to your final score.
All our events come with a Clubs Away PGA Professional who will be on hand to provide any tips or provide a full lesson on the simulator.
Guests can see detailed data on their club and ball movement, giving them clear, expert analysis.
All of our events are covered with the required insurance so you do not need any additional insurance.
